Can I return an item?  

Yes, we offer a 7 day returns policy, provided the item is unopened and unused. Please contact us on sales@gobags.com.au to arrange this.

What if an item has a fault?

We stand by our products and believe they are manufactured and delivered to you at the highest possible standard. If the item has a fault we ask that you do not use it, and get in  contact with us immediately so we can rectify the issue. 

Will you refund me if I return the item?

We refund any item in full, if returned within the above mentioned time unopened and unused.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I return an item?

Delivery charges are not refunded if you decide you would like to return the item.
